To give you the free plan, to understand which training content is most useful, and — only if you ticked the box — to email you new ladders, programs and product news.

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare (hosting and database). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. We do not use advertising cookies; page statistics are collected without cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time, and unsubscribe from emails with one click in any email. Send us a direct message on Instagram: @libralab.fit. Include the email you signed up with so we can find your data.

Not medical advice

Our content is general fitness education. Check with a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition.
